Every renovation project requires a lot of expenses: Projects include materials in bulk and varied labor charges. Materials in turn, include framing materials, mortar, grout, nails, screws, fasteners, shingles, paint and more. All depending on the type and complexity of the project. Some projects require many types of materials that may take time to arrive to the job site. Sometimes we find structural damage that may add time to the work requested. In any event, Roger will give you a solid estimate of time and what you can expect.
Your total budget may vary as there are options for materials or how we approach a repair. For example, approximate budget for a deck renovation can vary from $1500 to $5000 and up depending on the size of your deck and the materials we use. Roger will give you a detailed calculation of materials and time for your project. He is transparent with any issues that he may encounter that may add time and money to his original estimate.
Your renovation project will be initiated by you, the client. You need to sign and approve the project quote, give us a start deposit and we’ll begin work at a mutually agreed upon start date.
